Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design educational programs and materials that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and resources for curriculum development

• Create learning objectives, lesson plans, and assessments to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of the curriculum
• Work closely with instructional designers and graphic designers to ensure the visual appeal and user-friendliness of the materials
• Review and revise curriculum based on feedback and evaluation data
• Train and support instructors on the delivery and implementation of the curriculum
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective implementation of the curriculum
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in education and incorporate them into the curriculum
• Manage and maintain all curriculum-related documentation and records
• Monitor and evaluate the success and impact of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong knowledge of educational theories, teaching methods, and learning styles
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement
• Experience in adult education is a plus
