Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to support budgeting and strategic planning processes.
Develop and maintain financial models and reports to provide insights into company performance.
Monitor and analyze financial trends, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow, and communicate findings to senior management.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial data, and provide support in the development of financial plans and budgets.
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, investors, and board members.
Identify and recommend strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Conduct research and analysis on industry and market trends to inform financial decisions.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting.
Continuously monitor and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and laws, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with financial software and systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is preferred.
Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
