Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our NicheNotes retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a passion for hobbies, books, and music. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans to drive store revenue and profitability
• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and merchandise display to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make informed business decisions
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Manage store budget and expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns and events to promote the store and its products
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to adjust strategies as needed
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving profitability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
