Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks on different types of aircrafts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine and preventative maintenance on aircrafts according to manufacturer specifications
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues on aircrafts
• Repairing or replacing defective parts and components
• Conducting inspections and completing necessary paperwork in compliance with FAA regulations
• Performing engine and airframe checks and repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies
• Communicating with other team members and management to ensure smooth workflow and completion of tasks
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Participating in training and staying up-to-date with new technologies and procedures in the field

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and components
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in confined spaces
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime when necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
