GlamourCraft Innovations is seeking a talented and experienced Cosmetic Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the beauty industry, we are committed to creating innovative and high-quality cosmetic products that meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product development process, from concept to launch, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new cosmetic products from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, research and development, packaging, and manufacturing.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Develop product briefs and project timelines to guide the development process and ensure timely launch of products.
• Source and evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging components to ensure the highest quality and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to develop and test new formulations, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
• Manage product testing and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts and managing costs.
• Evaluate and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make recommendations for product improvements and updates.
• Lead product training and education for internal teams and external partners.
• Stay updated on industry innovations and trends, and incorporate them into product development strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cosmetic product development, with a strong understanding of the beauty industry and market trends.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new cosmetic products from concept to market.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for product development and sourcing.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and cosmetic product safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
