Salary: EUR: €25,000 - €42,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing effective learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization and our clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other instructional designers to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify learning objectives, target audience, and appropriate instructional strategies
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content for learning materials
• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other learning resources
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Utilize instructional design tools and software to develop high-quality, visually appealing learning materials
• Review and evaluate existing training materials to identify areas for improvement and update content as needed
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives
• Work closely with trainers to ensure effective delivery of learning materials and provide support as needed
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning to continuously improve learning programs
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all learning materials and projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Proficiency in instructional design tools and software, such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience designing and developing e-learning courses and instructor-led training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
