Job Title: Table Games Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Table Games Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of casino operations, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team of table game dealers. The Table Games Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all table games, while also maintaining compliance with all gaming regulations and providing an exceptional gaming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all table games, including blackjack, roulette, craps, and poker.
• Train, develop, and supervise a team of table game dealers, ensuring they deliver high-quality customer service and adhere to all gaming regulations.
• Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels to ensure an efficient and effective operation.
• Handle any guest disputes or issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular audits of all table games to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor game play and dealer performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary training.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as security and surveillance, to ensure the integrity of all table games.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests and high rollers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on all gaming regulations and industry trends, making recommendations for process improvements and implementing necessary changes.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance evaluations of table game dealers.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to table game operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Table Games Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a table games supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of all table games, including rules, procedures, and payouts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing an exceptional gaming experience for guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the appropriate regulatory agency.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
