Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase store sales and meet financial targets
• Hire, train, and mentor sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and meet sales goals
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the buying team to ensure timely restocking of products
• Oversee the visual merchandising and ensure the store is visually appealing and meets company standards
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to increase profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures
• Prepare and present reports on store performance to the upper management team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
