Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop learning materials, including but not limited to instructor-led training, e-learning courses, videos, job aids, and assessments
• Utilize instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Select and implement appropriate learning technologies to support learning objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure all learning materials meet established standards
• Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
• Experience with learning management systems and other learning technologies
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
