Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of arms technology for our organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in arms technology development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong technical background and expertise in arms technology, including design, development, and implementation.
Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to arms technology.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
