About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Passenger Transport Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation services for passengers, including booking flights, trains, buses, and other forms of transportation as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with passengers regarding their travel arrangements, including providing updates on any changes or delays.
• Collaborate with transportation providers to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for our passengers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation companies to ensure high-quality services are provided to our passengers.
• Monitor and track passenger travel schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the transportation process, including delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary.
• Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless and efficient transportation process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities, including passenger information, travel schedules, and expenses.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have before, during, and after their journey.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends when necessary.
