Key Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments and identify learning objectives for various training programs
Design and develop instructional materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and training manuals
Create engaging and interactive learning activities and assessments
Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to enhance the effectiveness of training programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
Implement and utilize various instructional technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience
Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they align with current best practices and industry standards
Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators in delivering effective training programs
Conduct evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and incorporate them into training programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and development
Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop training programs
Proficient in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning management systems
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with graphic design and multimedia tools is a plus
Knowledge of e-learning and blended learning methodologies
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
