Responsibilities:

Plan and design engaging and interactive craft workshops for various skill levels
Source and purchase materials for workshops within budget constraints
Set up workshop space with necessary materials and equipment
Facilitate workshops and provide guidance and instruction to participants
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants
Encourage and inspire creativity in participants
Offer constructive feedback and assistance to participants as needed
Ensure workshops run smoothly and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized workshop space
Continuously research and implement new craft techniques and trends
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new workshop ideas and improve existing ones
Assist with marketing and promoting workshops to attract new participants

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or in teaching crafts
Strong crafting skills and knowledge in various techniques such as knitting, sewing, painting, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Proven ability to effectively plan and execute workshops
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of budgeting and purchasing materials
Passion for crafting and teaching others
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
