Job Title: Instructor of Education

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Instructor of Education to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of our students. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lectures, seminars, and workshops to students on various topics related to education.
• Create and update course materials, assignments, and assessments to ensure they are aligned with the latest developments and best practices in the field of education.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to students to help them improve their academic performance and achieve their learning objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in education and incorporate them into the curriculum to enhance the learning experience for students.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary courses and projects that promote holistic learning and prepare students for real-world challenges.
• Serve as an academic advisor to students and assist them with course selection, career planning, and other academic concerns.
• Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other professional development activities to contribute to the growth and development of the department and institution.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching at the post-secondary level.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current theories and practices in education.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Proficiency in using technology and online learning platforms to facilitate instruction and assessments.
