Job Title: Education Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Education Coordinator to join our team. The Education Coordinator will be responsible for managing the educational programs and curriculum development within our organization. This individual will work closely with the education team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education programs that align with our mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum for all levels, from early childhood to adult education.
• Collaborate with the education team to identify learning objectives and create lesson plans that align with those objectives.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current educational trends and practices to continually improve program offerings.
• Create and maintain a schedule for all educational programs, including classes, workshops, and events.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of educators and volunteers to assist with program delivery.
• Oversee the budget for educational programs, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately.
• Promote educational programs to the community through marketing efforts and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on program attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of educational programs with overall organizational goals.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in education program development and delivery.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software.
• Knowledge of learning theories and best practices in education.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
