Job Title: Education Program Coordinator
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to fill the role of Education Program Coordinator. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various educational programs within our organization. You will work closely with the education team, as well as other departments, to ensure the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of these programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of educational programs, including scheduling, logistics, and materials
- Collaborate with the education team to develop program content and curriculum
- Work with external partners, such as schools and community organizations, to promote and expand program reach
- Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds
- Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with program participants, providing support and guidance as needed
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Create and maintain program records and reports for internal and external use
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to educational programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of budget management and reporting
- Passion for education and working with diverse populations
