Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Ensure all warehouse operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Train, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
Manage the budget for warehouse operations, including expenses for labor, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in warehouse operations and implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
