Salary: USD: $4,000 - $7,000 per month

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program management. As the Academic Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our academic programs. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the programs, ensuring their success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for our academic programs, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the programs, including curriculum development, marketing, and student services.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of program instructors, ensuring they meet the standards of excellence set by the company.
• Monitor and analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes to enhance program effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner institutions and organizations to expand the reach and impact of our academic programs.
• Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and incorporate them into the development and management of our programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in an academic setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing academic programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
