Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for a variety of projects, including advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics for various projects, including advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and more
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for motion graphics that align with project goals and brand guidelines
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop) to design and animate graphics, titles, and visual effects
• Apply knowledge of design principles and animation techniques to ensure visually appealing and effective motion graphics
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate motion graphics designs
• Work closely with project managers, producers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project deadlines
• Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to motion graphics
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project requirements and deadlines
• Collaborate with other designers and artists to maintain consistency and quality across all projects
• Continuously seek and provide feedback to improve the overall quality of motion graphics designs and processes within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in a creative agency or production studio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics projects and styles
• Excellent understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and visual effects
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Passion for creativity and eagerness to learn and improve skills.
