Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop learning objectives
Design and develop instructional materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, videos, and other multimedia assets
Use instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design
Utilize authoring tools to create interactive and engaging eLearning courses
Continuously evaluate and improve existing training materials to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
Work closely with trainers and facilitators to ensure training materials align with training delivery methods
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to training materials
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other multimedia software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
