As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective learning solutions for our company. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative and effective learning solutions, including interactive e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and performance support tools.
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design models to ensure the highest level of engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content information and translate it into effective learning materials.
• Conduct needs assessments and create learning objectives that align with business goals and objectives.
• Incorporate various instructional technologies, such as gamification and simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing learning materials to ensure they are up-to-date and meet the needs of our learners.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and incorporate them into our learning solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with incorporating various instructional technologies into learning solutions.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
