Position: Database Reporting Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Reporting Analyst to join our company's growing team. As a Database Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on data from various databases to support business decisions and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple databases to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements for reporting.
• Create and maintain data models and database structures to support accurate and efficient reporting.
• Troubleshoot data issues and implement solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to ensure data consistency and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
