Nova Science Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our educational programs. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective curriculum materials that align with our company's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design curriculum materials for a variety of educational programs, including online courses, workshops, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure that curriculum materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct thorough research to identify current trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Utilize various instructional strategies and methods to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Create assessments to measure the effectiveness of curriculum materials and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and communicate the value of our educational programs to potential clients.
• Provide guidance and support to instructors and facilitators on how to effectively deliver the curriculum materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of educational programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and incorporate innovative tools and techniques into curriculum development.
• Attend conferences and workshops to expand knowledge and skills in curriculum development and instructional design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theories and methodologies.
• Experience with developing curriculum for different modalities, including online, in-person, and blended learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using instructional design software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Passion for education and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
