Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company's sensitive information and systems from cyber threats. You will be responsible for identifying potential vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities in our systems, networks, and applications
• Monitor security logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption, to prevent cyber attacks
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure the integrity of our systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices and make recommendations for improving our security posture
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide training and awareness sessions to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and raise awareness of potential threats
• Work with third-party vendors and partners to ensure the security of their systems and data when connected to our network
• Participate in incident response and recovery efforts, including forensic investigation and remediation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, and vulnerability assessment tools
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GIAC are highly desired
