Job overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. The Curriculum Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum materials for our education programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, curriculum design, and instructional strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and develop curriculum materials that align with educational standards and meet the needs of our target audience.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in curriculum design and instruction.
• Evaluate and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and quality of content.
• Develop and deliver training programs for educators on how to effectively use our curriculum materials.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to educators on how to implement the curriculum in their classrooms.
• Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of the curriculum and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and market our curriculum materials to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum design and development.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and instructional strategies.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in curriculum design software and technology.
• Experience in delivering training and professional development programs to educators.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
