We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and help us create innovative and impactful training solutions.As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing and designing training materials for various educational programs, courses, and workshops. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to analyze learning needs and design effective learning solutions. Your role will involve researching and implementing the latest instructional design methodologies and technologies to improve the overall quality of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine learning objectives and design effective learning solutions.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
• Develop and design training materials, including but not limited to, instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure training materials are visually appealing and user-friendly, following brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training materials.
• Collaborate with trainers to deliver train-the-trainer sessions and provide support during training delivery.
• Continuously evaluate and improve training materials based on feedback and industry trends.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest instructional design methodologies and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and e-learning development tools.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with virtual training and remote work is a plus.
