Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the presence and extent of hazardous waste materials.
Develop and implement remediation plans to safely remove and dispose of hazardous waste materials in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Coordinate with contractors and other team members to ensure proper handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials.
Monitor remediation activities and ensure that all safety protocols are being followed.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify any potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of hazardous waste removal and disposal activities.
Communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to provide updates on remediation progress and address any concerns.
Stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations and industry standards related to hazardous waste management and remediation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hazardous waste management and remediation.
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to hazardous waste management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
