Position: Curriculum Developer

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing educational materials and programs for a variety of audiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content requirements
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, activities, and multimedia resources
• Ensure all materials meet instructional design best practices and align with industry standards
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve curriculum
• Work with instructional designers to integrate curriculum materials into online and in-person learning experiences
• Utilize various instructional methods and techniques to engage learners and promote understanding and retention
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of materials
• Collaborate with team members to evaluate and improve existing curriculum materials
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to curriculum
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning methodologies
• Proficiency in using authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project needs
