Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our investment banking activities by conducting financial analysis, performing market research, and preparing presentations for clients. You will work closely with our senior bankers on various projects and gain hands-on experience in the investment banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis including valuation, financial modeling, and pro forma analysis for potential transactions and existing clients.
• Prepare pitch books, teasers, and other marketing materials for potential deals and transactions.
• Perform industry research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Assist in the due diligence process by collecting and analyzing relevant data and information.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry news to identify potential opportunities for the firm.
• Assist in the execution of transactions by coordinating with various teams, including legal, accounting, and tax advisors.
• Develop and maintain financial models for existing clients.
• Provide support to senior bankers in the preparation of client proposals and other business development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent research and data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of investment banking regulations and compliance is a plus.
