Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Destination Specialist to join our team. As a Destination Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. This role requires a passion for travel, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Design and plan customized travel itineraries based on client's interests and budget
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options
• Arrange all travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Collaborate with local suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality service for clients
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients during their travels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning and execution of a trip
• Maintain accurate records of client information and trip details
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in travel planning or a related field
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, accommodations, and activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
