Job Title: Principal QA Tester

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Principal QA Tester to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Principal QA Tester, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and product owners to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products
• Develop and implement QA strategies, plans, and processes to ensure effective and efficient testing of products
• Identify and prioritize test cases based on business needs and requirements
• Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software products
• Conduct thorough defect analysis and work closely with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to product quality
• Continuously improve and optimize the QA process and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our products
• Mentor and train junior QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with both manual and automated testing
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
