Position: Curriculum Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs and curriculum materials. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs and curriculum materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop course content
• Design and implement instructional strategies and activities that align with learning objectives
• Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
• Conduct research on best practices in curriculum development and instructional design
• Provide guidance and support to instructional designers and other team members to ensure the quality and consistency of curriculum materials
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials through student feedback and assessment data
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in education to continuously improve curriculum materials
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance curriculum offerings
• Participate in the planning and execution of professional development activities for educators to enhance their instructional skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with learning management systems and other instructional technology tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging and effective learning experiences for students
