Key Responsibilities:

Execute trades in various derivatives markets, including options, futures, swaps, and forwards
Analyze market trends and economic indicators to identify potential trading opportunities
Work closely with risk management team to develop and implement trading strategies
Monitor and manage risk exposure through timely hedging and position management
Conduct thorough research and analysis on financial instruments and derivatives products
Utilize trading platforms and systems to execute trades and monitor market movements
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of trading strategies and make necessary adjustments
Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends
Collaborate with other traders and team members to share insights and knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Derivatives Trader in a financial institution or hedge fund
Strong understanding of financial derivatives and their pricing models
Solid knowledge of market trends, economic indicators, and risk management techniques
Experience with trading platforms and systems, such as Bloomberg, Eikon, or Reuters
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of successful trading and risk management
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus
