Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Director to lead our academic programs and ensure their success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing academic programs.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Academic Programs: The Academic Program Director will be responsible for developing and implementing new academic programs in line with the institution's goals and objectives. This includes overseeing program design, curriculum development, and course offerings.

Manage Faculty and Staff: The Academic Program Director will be responsible for managing a team of faculty and staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. The director will also provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the success of the faculty and staff.

Monitor Program Performance: The director will be responsible for monitoring the performance of academic programs, including enrollment, retention, and student satisfaction. They will use this data to make informed decisions and implement changes to improve program performance.

Collaborate with Other Departments: The Academic Program Director will work closely with other departments, such as admissions, student services, and marketing, to ensure the success of academic programs. This includes collaborating on recruitment strategies, student support services, and marketing initiatives.

Ensure Academic Excellence: The director will oversee the quality of academic programs, ensuring that they meet all accreditation and regulatory standards. They will also work with faculty to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methods to enhance the learning experience for students.

Budget Management: The Academic Program Director will be responsible for managing the budget for academic programs, including forecasting and allocating resources to ensure the financial success of the programs.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of academic program development and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards
• Budget management experience
