We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Postal Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Postal Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our postal service center. You will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of postal workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of postal workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to streamline operations
• Allocate workload and delegate tasks to team members based on their skills and abilities
• Ensure compliance with all postal service regulations and guidelines
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of postal equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of mail and packages
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all postal operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a postal service environment
• Knowledge of postal service regulations and guidelines
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in using postal equipment and computer systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages
