Job Title: Data Security Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Security Architect to join our team. As a Data Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data security solutions to protect our company's sensitive information. You will work closely with our IT and security teams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them. This is a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data security architecture to protect our data assets from internal and external threats
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security gaps
• Develop and maintain data security policies, standards, and procedures
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure data security measures align with overall security strategy
• Evaluate and recommend new data security technologies and solutions
• Monitor and analyze data security events to detect and respond to security incidents
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of data security
• Ensure compliance with relevant data security regulations and standards
• Participate in incident response and investigations as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data security trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data security architecture, with a solid understanding of security principles and best practices
• Experience designing and implementing data security solutions in a complex environment
• Strong knowledge of data encryption, access control, and network security protocols
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS
• Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
