Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analyze current fashion trends to identify potential products for our target market
Collaborate with design teams to develop new and innovative product lines
Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality of products
Create and maintain a merchandise plan, ensuring appropriate stock levels and assortment for each store location
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase products in an attractive and eye-catching manner
Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to the merchandise plan to maximize profitability
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events
Collaborate with retail teams to provide training on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
Monitor and analyze competitor's products and prices to stay ahead in the market
Provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in fashion merchandising, preferably in a retail environment
Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with merchandising software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel to attend trade shows and visit suppliers
