Are you a passionate and dedicated individual seeking a fulfilling career in ministry? Do you have a strong calling to serve and lead a congregation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Pastor at our thriving church.As a Pastor, you will be responsible for leading and shepherding our congregation, providing spiritual guidance, and facilitating their growth and development. You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of our church community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services and deliver sermons that inspire and connect with our congregation
• Provide spiritual counseling, guidance, and support to individuals and families in need
• Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote spiritual growth and community involvement
• Collaborate with other church staff and volunteers to plan and organize events, activities, and outreach programs
• Provide pastoral care and support to church members, including conducting baptisms, weddings, and funerals
• Mentor and empower other leaders within the church community
• Oversee the management and administration of church operations, including budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and unity within the church community
• Stay current on theological developments, social issues, and community needs to effectively lead and guide the congregation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Ordained or licensed as a Pastor
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pastoral role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and compassionate with the ability to provide spiritual guidance and support
• Knowledge of Biblical teachings and theology
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups of people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Valid driver's license and transportation to attend church events and activities
