As a Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing complex financial transactions for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and other financial advisory services
• Conduct extensive financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate potential transactions and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders to build a strong network and generate new business opportunities
• Oversee and mentor a team of analysts and associates, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and trading, research, and legal, to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to client service
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights and advice to clients
• Represent Invest Edge Banking at industry conferences, networking events, and other business development opportunities to enhance the firm's reputation and generate new business leads

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record of executing successful transactions
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Proven leadership and project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software, such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ
