Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions to solve complex business problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Conduct research and experiments to improve the performance of existing AI models
Write efficient and scalable code to implement AI algorithms and models
Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems and make necessary improvements
Work with large datasets and use data preprocessing techniques to ensure data quality and accuracy
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and implement them in our systems
Communicate technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Mentor and guide junior AI engineers in the team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
5 years of experience working as an AI Engineer or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with popular AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
In-depth knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
