Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject-matter experts to identify learning objectives and design curriculum that meets the needs of our target audience.
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
Develop and implement instructional strategies, lesson plans, and learning activities that engage learners and promote knowledge retention.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, such as e-learning, classroom training, and hands-on activities, to enhance the learning experience.
Design and create assessment tools, including quizzes, exams, and projects, to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
Collaborate with multimedia specialists to develop engaging and interactive learning materials.
Review and select educational resources, including textbooks, videos, and online materials, to supplement the curriculum.
Train and provide ongoing support to instructors on curriculum implementation and delivery.
Monitor and analyze data related to program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed on the latest technology and tools in the field of education and integrate them into curriculum development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
