Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their beauty needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques in order to provide expert advice to customers
• Demonstrate and promote our products to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits
• Assist customers with product selection and application techniques, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences
• Conduct makeovers and beauty consultations for customers, showcasing the versatility and effectiveness of our products
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store
• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in cosmetology or beauty-related field is a plus
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a retail environment
• Passion for makeup, skincare, and all things beauty-related
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
