Position: Biotechnology Development Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biotechnology Development Manager to join our team. As a Biotechnology Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process from conception to launch. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects, and driving innovation in biotechnology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of biotechnology professionals, including researchers, scientists, engineers, and project managers
• Develop and implement strategies for the successful development of new biotechnology products
• Oversee the entire product development process, from ideation and prototyping to commercialization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of projects
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Continuously drive innovation and improvement in biotechnology development processes and techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in biotechnology product development, preferably in a managerial role

• Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
