Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, instructional design, and a creative mindset to develop curriculum materials that will engage and inspire learners. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will work with a team of educators and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify learning objectives, develop curriculum outlines, and design instructional materials.
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning activities, assessments, and multimedia content to support learning objectives.
• Conduct research to gather relevant information and resources for curriculum development.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to ensure that the curriculum is effective and meets the needs of the learners.
• Review, edit, and revise existing curriculum materials to improve the quality and effectiveness of the content.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and integrate them into the design process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the curriculum.
• Provide guidance and support to instructors and trainers to ensure they are equipped to effectively deliver the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience using instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
