Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Biotechnology Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our biotechnology products. You will be responsible for conducting various tests and inspections, analyzing data, and reporting results to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various techniques such as ELISA, PCR, and HPLC.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on test results, identifying any discrepancies or deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and troubleshoot any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all tests and inspections performed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality control role within the biotechnology industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and regulations.
• Experience with various laboratory equipment and techniques, such as ELISA, PCR, and HPLC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and GMP.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays, as needed.
