Job Description: As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles on our lot are clean, polished, and well-maintained. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing a superior customer experience will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure that all vehicles are presented in the best possible condition to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of both new and used vehicles, including exterior wash, wax, and tire shine, as well as interior vacuum, shampoo, and leather conditioning.
• Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report them to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are well-stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that vehicles are ready for customer test drives and deliveries.
• Assist the service department in cleaning and detailing vehicles after repairs or maintenance work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in detailing techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Detailer or similar role.
• Knowledge of automotive cleaning products and techniques.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as pressure washers and buffers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when needed.
