Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of academic programs
Collaborate with faculty and staff to design and update program curriculum
Monitor program enrollment, retention, and graduation rates
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in program performance
Manage program budgets and resources effectively
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of courses and programs
Communicate with students and faculty regarding program updates, changes, and requirements
Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of program objectives and outcomes
Identify and implement new educational technologies and methodologies to enhance program delivery
Ensure compliance with all accreditation and regulatory standards
Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and faculty
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and faculty
Act as a liaison between the program and external stakeholders, such as employers and industry professionals
Develop and maintain relationships with partner institutions and organizations
Plan and execute program events, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve the program's curriculum and offerings
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the program and attract potential students
Prepare and present program reports and updates to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing academic programs, preferably in a higher education setting
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and team management abilities
In-depth knowledge of curriculum development and educational methodologies
Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory standards in higher education
Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
