We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Academic Coordinator of Education Programs. As the Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of education programs within our organization. You will work closely with our team of educators and administrators to ensure the success and growth of our education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with team members to create and update curriculum materials
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of education programs and make necessary adjustments
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education
• Evaluate the performance of education programs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of education program instructors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in program development and management, preferably in an educational setting
