Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain wireless networks for clients in various industries.
Conduct site surveys and analyze network coverage to determine the most efficient placement of access points and antennas.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to connectivity, performance, and security.
Collaborate with other network engineers to design and implement new wireless solutions.
Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of wireless network configurations and procedures.
Provide technical support to clients and assist with resolving any issues or concerns.
Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technology trends and make recommendations for network upgrades or enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
Strong understanding of wireless networking protocols and standards such as 802.11ac, 802.11ax, and 5G.
Knowledge of network security and encryption protocols.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Industry certifications such as CCNA Wireless or CWNP are a plus.
