Job Title: Social Impact Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Social Impact Manager to join our team. As a Social Impact Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our organization's social impact strategy. Your main responsibility will be to drive positive change and create lasting social impact through our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our company's actions align with our values and contribute to building a better society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social impact strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values.
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, and HR, to integrate social impact initiatives into their strategies and activities.
• Conduct research and analysis on social issues and trends to identify opportunities for the company to make a positive impact.
• Establish partnerships with non-profit organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders to amplify our social impact efforts.
• Plan and execute community engagement programs and events to promote social responsibility and raise awareness about our initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our social impact programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social impact and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
• Develop and manage budgets for social impact initiatives and ensure that all activities are in line with the allocated budget.
• Prepare reports and presentations on our social impact efforts to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful social impact strategies.
• Strong understanding of social issues and a passion for making a positive impact.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and delivering results within the allocated budget.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to social challenges.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of CSR and sustainability frameworks and practices is a plus.
• Experience in event planning and community engagement is preferred.
